Good work environment, a good and fair exchange of info. across the board, a feeling of being valued, an exchange of new ideas across departments and good collaboration within the global BearingPoint network which is actually now officially become Mazars in Pakistan, global reach so that there is a very good exposure to other countries and collaborating with them for any given project, good opportunity to travel for the company as a Mazars' representative, versatile and fun projects in the pipeline

Cons

Honestly can't think of any right now though I'm sure I'll remember something later. Sometimes there is a favorability issue but which organization doesn't have that? :P

Good projects, good consultants, good exposure to consulting. Had a few really nice projects across the various States.

Bureaucracy, too many layers, lack of transparency in management decisions.
