Pros

Overal the are very few positives that i can speak of. coworkers were nice to work with and helpful. the envionrment was a laib back one.

Cons

no management support for change or ideas. promotions or raises are hard to come by. certain managers can micro managers.

Pros

Good infrastructure, Employee Friendly, transparent

Cons

Strategic decisions, and the loans transferred to BE at spin off from KPMG led to a disaster. It meant lots of tensions around, job instability, and worried employees.

Looks good on your resume Might learn about management consulting Learn to politic Lots of work available so you will not be out of a job anytime soon.

Cons

Coolaid, voluntary mandatory social calls. It is a very a type environment (at least what I have seen) so if you don't fit that, stay away.
