Pros

Young and friendly environment, relaxed hybrid format (only a couple of days per month), a lot of cool perks (brand new devices for developers, fitness perks, medical insurance coverage, budget for the purchase of peripherals and other stuff, etc)

Cons

ambiguous managerial hierarchy, the organization of teams (a lot of teams more often than not depend on only one or two knowledgeable employees), no transparency from the management, no clear vision, unjustified radical decisions, SAP biased management
