      collaborative envirmonement with very intelligent and gifted people. Excellent environmnet for self motivated creative people. Leader in what they do and how.

      Cons

      Sr Managment is weak Company has had difficulty in making migration from partnership to public company. It is highly matrixed and eos can get in the way.
