Pros

Above-average salary Pretty cool benefits Overall nice working atmosphere Work-life balance depends very much on your team Mgr

Cons

A lot depends on your Manager, if that person is not very competent/ benevolent you won't have a good time ( salary and career advancenent) Career advancement for administeative staff is very slow

Pros

Friendly vibe overall. You get social and eventually close to all the other colleagues as multiple activities are done together, workshops, travel, courses etc

Cons

Projects are SAP based and few are using popular tools and frameworks like React, Angular, Node. Most of the time there's a toxic combination between some SAP framework and something popular like express. Projects were interesting and nice, but for nothing as I hated to develop them Not the best work life balance, there's always something to do and things get pretty out of hand in specially when release date comes close

Pros

Driven employees that are working hard. Interesting projects with clients across many industries.

Cons

You are not being recognised for your efforts, hard work and uncomfortable working hours. Promotion is once per year and mainly driven by your tenure rather than effort, performance and other contributions. Junior colleagues are degraded and often referred to in a patronising way.
