Work with a lot of very talented and motivated people. Everyone is very supportive of your career and really cares.

Cons

Just getting out of our financial issues. It causes uncertainty and with that comes high turnover.

Pros

The schedule is very flexible. Opportunity to work in different fields and industries. They pay the market rate. They also have a good solid benefits package. There are also opportunities to travel. Since there are offices world-wide, it is also possible to relocate to another office. There is also the opportunity to meet and work with many different types of people.

Cons

Not profitable. Heavily focused on public sector. Since the work is usually in Washignton, DC, the commute is very often a pain the the rear end. Sometimes the team can be located in various parts of the country. This can lead to communication problems as well as lower moral.

BearingPoiont is a company that has had well-documented financial troubles over the past 5 years. New executive (C-level) managemement has done a great job righting the ship. Employees for the most part feel confident in the executive management team to do what it takes to get our financials back on track. Employees are fairly compensated relative to the market. Felxibility with time off and working remotely is an added perk.

Cons

Our company's financial performance, especially in the stick market, is quite simply, poor. The right people are in place to turn things around, but we need to see results in order for our shareholders to have the confidence to invest more into the company.
