Pros

- you can start as a Business Analyst (Junior) from scratch - internal training programs to develop soft skills and technical skills (SAP) - great working environment - being part of an international team at client's site - extra vacation days increasing with employment years - 2x team events per year - home office possibilities

Cons

- weekly travel (Mo-Thu), depending on project duration - projects could be more than 1 year long - evaluation is based on project utilisation, which cannot be influenced by the employee

Pros

Smart and agreeable teams providing great learning opportunities, through projects and available training. Management usually quite respectful of work/life balance, takes care of the team members' well-being.

Cons

Scope of team projects tends to stray from pure Business Consulting missions to big IT projects (ERP deployments), and thus longer single missions. Not permanent nor true for all team members, but something to be watchful for when joining and spend time advertising themselves internally.
