Pros

- For a consulting firm, the work/life balance was pretty good, even if it could vary from an assignment to another. - Moreover, you can find smart people to work with

Cons

- Some assignments are not that exciting and can be for a very long period of time (more than a year) - Difficult to make the difference (in terms of salary and promotions) even if you are viewed as a rock start

Pros

- very interesting projects (but it's up to you to find them!) - very friendly atmosphere - a lot of freedom for entrepreneurial-minded consultants - above average salaries

Cons

- brand is not yet well recognized, even if BearingPoint is a serious challenger in management consulting - in terms of size, it is stuck-in-the-middle: not large enough for global engagement, but big enough to measure itself to leading consulting firms - bonus significantly low
