Pros

5 weeks of personal time off / leave

Cons

BearingPoint employed junior and experiences people but placed them on projects where they billed them as senior level consultants. It made working with these teammates hard since they did not really carry their weight or provide thought leadership.

Pros

If you like 5 days on client site go for it. The firm has gone through many changes but there are also opportunities. I only left as I had better opportunities elsewhere and a pay increase (which we struggled to get over the last year).

Cons

Work is more on the transformational side and not as strategic as some of us would have liked. But if you like working for months on client site and get your hands dirty, go for it!
