Pros

Other colleagues are usually quite nice, helpful and value professional approach while also being people Projects are interesting in topic Technologies used and such are great Possibility to grow on more areas, not just the one employed for

Cons

Leadership is more often lying or hiding painful trutha that affect you directly Project ownership and managers, directors, partners do not see development side as people but more as tools The vision of clean, professional and modern product development is fake, the approach being in 80% of cases just make it work, quick and don't think of the future (but at the same time think and be blamed)

Pros

- Really friendly colleagues across levels in the office. - Great projects, worked on a mix of areas in different roles. - Personal development is big focus, with an assigned development manager - Firm wide training abroad.

Cons

My last employer was full time in the office even after covid. This is something I miss with BearingPoint being hybrid.
