very low pay for what they ask! A huge salary diff between employers! 1st chance I get will leave the place. Not happy with this!

This has been by far the best hiring process I have experienced. The interviews never felt like interviews but rather discussions between peers. Everyone I met along the way from initial HR engagement to the hiring manager went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

Cons

I have not experienced any so far.

Pros

Great people. Senior Management are very approachable and friendly in general. Good benefits package. Excellent training programs for all levels. No crazy hours or overworking as is present in other consulting companies. Great events year round. Hybrid Working.

Cons

Salary is slightly sub par. Can get stuck on certain long term public sector projects which can get boring.
