Cons

They lie a lot Keep things to themselves even when you specifically ask for info No transparency They encourage you to give them feedback and when you do they use that against you. A lot of useless talks about how much money the company is making and how great the company is.

I had a great experience working for BearingPoint- highly educated colleagues and a very professional way of working. I learned a lot and enjoyed the experience both from a professional and a personal perspective. Also to mention are a great onboarding and good regular training opportunities as well as a special focus on women.

Cons

Unfortunately, the company in France is still very centred on graduates from Grandes Eccles, and anyone who has not studied in France will have a hard time to get hired. Also, internal politics can be hard to navigate at times, and it takes time to really get accepted and make one´s mark as a foreigner. BearingPoint France still has a typically French company culture, despite an effort to act as an international company. More diversity would be great.
