We do not accept this type of behaviour from anyone in the company, it goes against our workplace policies and it is not in keeping with our culture. It also doesn’t reflect the feedback we receive from staff through staff surveys, 360 feedback etc. It is a shame you didn’t escalate this matter to HR, a partner or other manager in the company at the time, as the issue would have been swiftly dealt with and the situation would not have got to the point as you describe below. With regards to your comments on technologies used on projects, we are currently working with a number of clients developing highly technical solutions to varying degrees of scale and complexity, both on cloud and on-premise, using a very wide range of technology frameworks and tools. The technologies we use on some projects are stipulated by our clients, many are leading edge, others are less so. We continue to win new projects with new and existing clients so please reach out to your development manager or service line lead to discuss potential options for rotation onto another project for your current client or a new client project.
