Pros

Lots of vacation, ability to convert pay into PTO.

Cons

No room to improve architecture, vastly incompetent management (especially upper management), extreme technical debt, cronyism and nepotism determine salary more than performance. Tech stack is behind the times and improving it is beyond the reach of most engineers. Resistance to any form of improvement or change. 180 decisions that make most of your time spent engineering completely meaningless.
