      Pretty good culture but a bit disorganized

      Pros

      People take vacations and it is expected that they won't be available (at least for junior level) Reasonable flexibility to move in the directions you want to go over time Excellent severance pay

      Cons

      I can only speak for my team which was quite disorganized, I was not given much work to do. Getting promoted is difficult, there are limited positions Best Buy is not doing great as a company so bonuses are small and there can be layoffs

      - Flexible - Social environment - Benefits are really good - PTO is awesome

      Cons

      - Too many reorganizations - Layoffs at all levels - Wished the store environment was the same as corporate, my fellows on the field do not deserve be treated as such poor importance
