Pros

Fun teams with plenty of new things to see and experience first hand. Get comfortable with new products from various categories and of course get discounts too.

Cons

Retail during holidays. If you know, you know. Otherwise, pay could've been better IMHO. Some customers were challenging but I personally found those to be the better experiences in the end, breaking down barriers and connecting to gain trust and really get them what they wanted.

Pros

Discounts and the job was very straight forward. Just had to try and sell accessories with every purchase. Kind of like when selling a car and then the car salesman has to try and push the warranty and floor mats.

Cons

Grind orientated and competitive by pitting sales goals and achievement for other employees to see and compare.
