Pros

Left in 2020. Had a good team to work with for most of my time there

Cons

Management was numbers oriented. You could have a great sale and interaction with customers but you'll get a talking too if you have the audacity to not get them sold on a Best Buy credit card, for example, I understand stores have goals that need to be met but that kind of thing can be deflating
