Pros

Perks include: discounts up to 30%. Yearly pay raise (based on performance) Knowing and playing with the latest and greatest toys.

Cons

Best Buy does not give you hours unless you sell PRPS and Geek Squad services. Management is very pushy and does not understand the employee. Alot of sales pressure with no additional pay.

Pros

Decent hours, even for part time. Management does a pretty good job of explaining what needs to be done, pay is better than most other retail stores, really friendly people.

Cons

Low hours for part time when the budget cuts start during the holiday season, can be extremely hard to find someone to cover your breaks sometimes depending on what department your in and how the staffing is at the time.
