Pros

Employee Discount was really nice because it was what made working there worth it. If I didn't have the employee discount I would have never applied for the job.

Cons

CoWorkers: Unfortunately, there are alot of rough people who end up working along side you at work. They have no long term goals in life, and all they care about is the latest movie release or game release. In my case I was a student, and I was there strictly for compensation and discount, and I did not want to be these people's friends. Let's face it they were losers. If you can find a store with clean cut upbeat people than you are lucky. There are great stores at Best Buy, but some store's cultures are rough. It all starts with the GM and the attention to detail when hiring employees.
