Pros

if you are looking for a company to advance with and you are a keener, Best Buy is the place for you, sky is the limite.

Cons

if you do not like any type of pressure just want to get in to work and get out, don't like responsibility, not looking for growth, it's not the place for you

Pros

Excellent benefits Good discount Fun environment Good for students because of the "floating" schedule, and you're usually able to schedule around classes. Work with a lot of interesting people, good place to make friends

Cons

Non-commissioned, so you can make a $20k sale, and you're still paid less than $15/hr Hourly wages are capped, in order to advance pay you must go outside of sales Managers can be stingy about raises Occaisional favoritism for promotions
