Pros

Meet lots of new people. The customers are really nice...well most. It's a fun and most of the time a fast-pace environment which I love!

Cons

You do come across some difficult/mean customers sometimes, but it's part of the job. If you know how to work with all kinds of people, it won't be that big of a deal for you.

Pros

Great employee discounts. Starting pay slightly better than most entry level sales associate jobs. Friendly place to work. Chances for advancement.

Cons

Have to stand for long periods of time, only one 15 minute break for shift less than 7 hours. Only 30 minutes (unpaid) if greater than 7.5.

Pros

Great culture involving some very friendly and accepting people. Never would have more fun at a job. Laid back.

Cons

In-store politics can be extremely difficult to deal with. Compensation pales in comparison to what it should be to maximize employee efforts. The higher in the chain, the lazier people become.
