Pros

Decent environment. Good starting pay for a student in a college town. Employee discount is a huge benefit. Non-physical labor.

Cons

There are many early morning mandatory meetings. Way too many mandatory trainings. No health care options for part-timers. Can be very difficult to get deserved raises.

Best Buy- Not the Best!

Pros

You get to interact with people, get a good employee discount (except with big-ticket items such as HDTV's, etc..) and can move up the ladder a bit if you are a hard worker and know the right people.

Cons

Not flexible with the hours scheduled, management can be quite rude, working as a cashier can be exhausting and some management does not treat staff well.
