Pros

Short-term incentive (STI), up to 40% monthly bonus. Free demo lines, mobile phone and aircards. The ability to run your own box, as your own business with your own team - you are really empowered to run it as you like (depending on your ASM and GM).

Cons

The work never ends. Even when you're off, you wonder how your business doing - non-stop text messages, non-stop emails, non-stop conference calls, non-stop meetings, etc. The positive side to this is that you're the only HOURLY manager, so you get overtime.
