Pros

My department always had nice people who were committed to doing a good job. The discount is great. Some managers really want the company to succeed, and work hard with their employees to make this happen.

Cons

Too corporate; too many acronyms, too many "team-building meetings", too many sudden changes in policy. The pay was on the bad side of mediocre. Too many managers are number-hounds who forget that they are working with people, not robots.

Pros

not a very hard job. you jsut have to have some basic knowledge of electronics and usually won't be asked questions that are too hard.

Cons

No commission gives associates no motivation to sell. No real training on how products work; instead training is on how to sell (you can see where the priorities are there)
