Pros

Great benefits, employees are friendly, most people are young, easy enough job

Cons

The management puts too much emphasis on things. I understand that bestbuy is dependent on the sale of the employees but just because we don't always get waranties or geek squad services or mobile broadband cards attached to each sale doesn't mean that we're not trying. Sometimes managment gives us too much of a hard time when its just really the economy and we're all just barely getting by.

Pros

Fun, energetic, young sales people, cool technology, exciting change of environment constantly, Strong emphasis on customer care and satisfaction, up to date technology on tracking shipment methods and order/processing, must love fast paced on your feet environment though.

Cons

Climb the ladder to management based on bureaucratic climate in store, district, and region. Changes in structure of stores and management can be annoying, it doesn't necessarily limit you from getting there, but can make the job more difficult or stressful due to constant changes and always having to adapt
