Pros

Good pay, either as a stocking or as a salesperson.

Cons

A lot of pressure to be the best and must be well-rounded.

Pros

The job is fun. I enjoy working with and around my coworkers, they're all fun people who are easy to get along with. The managers are usually pretty cool people too. Plus theres a ton of opportunity to grow and learn in your position. Probably one of the best parts of working at Best Buy is being able to see and play with all the new technology before everyone else! The pay scale is great too, especially for entry level positions. Perhaps the best reason to work at Best Buy is the available accomodations and employee pricing, which are definitely worth working for.

Cons

There aren't too many downsides of working at Best Buy. I personally would like more feedback from the managers and others above me about my performance. Getting time off can sometimes be difficult, depending on when you want it and how close it is. You definitely have to know if you want the time off waaay ahead of time. The thing I dislike the most is the lack of communication. There is almost no communication between the managers about anything but the daily goals and numbers, which can sometimes make it hard for me to do my job properly. Inter-department communication could also be improved.
