Pros

Good place to work. People are great despite the management being wishy-washy. Good exercise if you work during stocking nights.

Cons

Management tended to be clueless. They would tell you to do something one way and then change their minds about the task after you had already completed it. High stress sales environment without the commission. PSPs and the PRPs are useless except for high-end electronics but management pushed them on everything.

Pros

Geek Squad gets tons of free goodies and flexible hours. There are a ton of helpful coworkers and leadership within the company. If you are looking to move out of state or relocate, BBY makes it very easy to do so. Additionally, moving within departments isn't too challenging and many employees can eventually break into corporate if they peform well in their various positions. There are O/S, part-time, and full-time positions. Geek Squad will normally hire from within so if interested, get involved in the store's PC Home Office department first. Know your hardware, software, and networking!

Cons

BBY politics and Learning Center.
