Pros

It a fun place to work. Its a company that really cares about their employees. The discount is great and benefits are great as well.

Cons

Well, it differs store to store, but sometimes you can get managers that just really don't know what they are doing. They do great in the interviews so they get the job offer, but once they take over that position, they really weren't a good choice. I have been in stores where the mangers were AWESOME and have been in stores where I couldn't wait to get out.

Good compensation for entry level work. Great employee discount. Benefits are superior to other similar jobs.

Cons

Sales pressure and NO COMMISION. You are basically pressured to work like your job depended on how much money you can squeeze out of people. With the economy downturn everything has become about numbers.

great discount, alot of knowledge about technology is learned, sells many great products and they do offer pretty decent bennifts such as health and eye and dental care. there is technically alot of potentional to be able to advance in the company and i have seen a few people move from the bottom to a very a high position

Cons

terrible management, not enough pay, not enough structure, allowing new people to do jobs that only expirenced workers should be able to get, schedualing issues, lying about blue crew bucks. Promotions dont happen as often as they should and they leave people in higher positions when they really aren't doing their work.
