Pros

- Employee Discount - Potential to Move Up if you really want to "bleed blue" - Potential good stepping stone to other industries since you can learn a lot about products and use that knowledge elsewhere (Also, selling and customer service skills; Best Buy used to be huge on customer service and expert advice.)

Cons

- Moving up is hard; You will likely feel like you are being left behind as Management tries to further their career and move up the ladder. - There was a lot of being devalued when up for raises and promotions, but they'll praise you and offer you the moon when you decide to leave.
