Pros

* Great place to start your career and get initial experience. * Generally less physical work pressure compared to other minimum-wage jobs (like fast food or warehousing). * Your experience depends entirely on your leadership, if you have a good manager, the work-life balance can be decent.

Cons

* Management quality is inconsistent; a bad manager can make your life miserable. * There is zero focus on technology anymore. The company feels like it is becoming an insurance company that only cares about selling memberships and warranties. * Employees are often treated with no respect, feeling more like "slaves" to the metrics than valued team members.
