They’re pretty good

Pros

They offer decent pay and decent benefits as a full-timer.

Cons

They care about sales goals and metrics, of course. It’s a sales job. But they focus so hard on it that it spoils the morale, the customer experience, and ultimately their metrics don’t get hit. The cycle repeats.
