Pros

Food and cabs are provided

Cons

Average complexity work in India. Not a tech company. In india Mostly front end work is carried out (in engineering streams) . Backend work is not going to flow to India in e-commerce team , since more than one year leadership is focused on front end client facing team formation. Not much empowerment to India engineers/ leaders. Slog and slog more long working hours due to evening calls (for all teams). Salary is average not even in par with tier two companies. Promotion is difficult due to policies. No long roadmap.
