Pros

My location had great, positive people, reasonable bosses, and hours garanteed for full time workers and part timers alike. Bosses recognize that even if not able to hit ALL metrics, employees can still shine in their own areas.

Cons

In store, staffing was tough during and after Covid as the company tries to find the LEAST number of employees to run a number of departments, with encouragement to 'flex' to different ones.
