Pros

Best Buy makes it fairly easy to transfer between departments as an employee looking to branch out.

Cons

Best Buy management tends to lean on sales numbers of employees as the sole metric to determine quality of service, despite it being a non-commission job.

Pros

Being able to work all new computers! Being able to help people find what they need. The discount of course.

Cons

Have to offer the credit card over and over. I was told I wasn't asking enough when I had already asked 2 times during a transaction. They pulled me aside and asked if I even wanted to work there. Have to try and sell everyone their tts. If you don't sell enough they have management come over and watch you the entire time.
