Pros

Discounts on purchasing certain products. Hub room with free food/snacks, nice couch recliners, and nice big tv to watch or play games on during lunch breaks. People and atmosphere is very friendly and helpful.

Cons

No commission. No real incentive to sell more than your peers. sales "contests" mostly for 10$ gift cards to booster juice or Tim Horton's, pretty much useless, as most things are more than 10$.
