Pros

The employee discount is good for accessories. You need no computer skills to work for geek squad.

Cons

Best Buy don't value their computer repair side of geek squad. They don't provide the necessary tools or training to accurately repair software related issues. They hire people with little to no computer skills and expect good results. Anyone wanting to work in the tech field please avoid best buy and geek squad.
