Pros

This is my first international experience, this means: different language and culture. Everyone one is so welcoming and friendly that in a short period of time I already felt integrated and able to produce. Being a geographic distributed company, Bitmovin invest a lot in team communication. This represents a great opportunity for everybody to absorve knowledge and grow in our careers. Bonus and compensation is very well structured and discussed in conjunction with your manager. This was something totally new to me and feels really good to be able to define the goals together where both parties will benefit from them. Opportunity to attend trade shows in different countries.

Cons

To be 100% honest, I don't have any cons so far. Everyone in the company has always been keen to help me in many ways. Although I work remotely I feel a great connection with everyone else.
