Business Outlook
Pros
Bitpanda is a very fast-paced company. This also means you have an act-fast mentality with quick decisions. They are very nice colleagues who all try to win as one team.
Cons
Bitpanda was still more a start-up then a real scale-up. Business processes not yet define everywhere. A down side of fast-paced is also quite high workload, lot of shifts in priorities.
