Beautiful office, great pay, good health benefits, free snacks, encourages participating in social causes, smart coworkers, lots of holiday days. Definitely a great place to work.

Cons

* issues with working from home * a lot of artificial deadlines and emergencies * getting increasingly bureaucratic as it grows * very senior management does not care about lower level

Pros

The benefits and the location were better than most companies. I think it beats higher salaries with less benefits. The work place will keep you updated on the markets just by being there.

Cons

The compensation is ok although the benefits outweigh them. Employees in the finance department should be paid more on commission that salary.
