- office is insanely cool (731 Lexington, headquarters) - free snacks: coffee, tea, toast, cereal, fruit, granola bars, chips, soda, juice, etc. - $100k starting salary for new grads in software, $40/hr for interns - no dress code, flexible work hours - very open, collaborative work environment among programmers

Cons

- software for the financial industry means working with Suits (business people who take themselves way too seriously) and occasionally working insane hours to meet a deadline - high stress

Open door, and transparent policy, very intelligent and motivated people. ability to take ownership, be proactive. Awesome training program for the fresh students. Very generous benefit, great snack,and nice working environment.

Cons

Very aggressive culture, it might take a while to get use to. Could be very busy sometime and overtime is expected.
