Terrible management

Pros

Perks, pantry, HR, other benefits

Cons

Bad management who just do not care about their employees at all. They promote "friends" instead of employees who are really doing the hard tasks. Same goes for pay increment. Career progression is bleak if you do not "hang out" with the managers. Many of the promotions are so questionable, outperforming employees gave up and leave the company instead.

Pros

A philanthropic organization with great culture, training and career opportunities for those willing to progress.

Cons

Subtle micromanagement in the Global data department. 45 weekly working hours.
