Good benefits, SRS 50% top up. That's it.

Cons

- Be wary about the job position you accept, in the dept there is a pay discrepancy between data analysts and data specialist which isn't mentioned about - Contrary to data scientists/analysts roles, you spend 80% of the day doing data entry work which could be outsourced to vendors but they don't - Super high attrition rate
