Good work life balance, good health care plan. In China you would enjoy all the luxurious private hospital service with all cost covered. Lengthy holidays, 20 per year.

Cons

Limited career opportunities, unclear path-out options. Long hours as we work 9 hours in the firm without lunch hour counted.
