Open environment that does allow you gain a lot of experience as a young professional. Some valuable experiences with some great mentors.

Need better opportunity for growth - things become stagnate after a year or so. It is difficult to transition in this position throughout this company due to your specific experience in data.

Pros

Great company culture with lots of energetic and young talents. Perfect work life balance and decent pay for those who don't want to be in the competitiveness of investment banking. Lots of great mentors that will help you along the way.

Cons

First few months is very tough because you have to learn all the functions and jump right into the job. There's not much training provided and you have to scout you way around for mentors.
