A great launching pad for my career

1. ownership - you are constantly encouraged to take ownership of your career 2. flexible - of late, the management seems to have become more accommodating when it comes to employee needs like work from home, family situations etc 3. it is relatively easy to transfer to a different team if you are not satisfied in what you are working on currently 4. Though it has an image of being a 'Financial' organization, it feels like a tech company

though being fast-paced is a good thing, it can get a bit too much sometimes

A lot of stimulating challenges with wide choice of career paths. Good educational support and resource allocation. Good incentive program and perks.

Cons

Can seem overwhelming at times until you adjust to the pace. Difficult to schedule time off on occasion. Can be difficult to find quiet area if you need to think trough a problem.
