stable and annual salary increase that is around 7% pe r year(in the case of average performance) and for top performer may get 12-15% good insurance free food and drink good training

Cons

limited bonus(close to 1 month's salary), 1 extra hour of working per day(although contract wise it says 8 hours and if exceed 8 hours need manager's approval which is ironic cuz everyone is expected to work 9 hours from day 1 and i never see those "approvals" No flexibility at all. you have to "mark" what you need to do every single hour! for example 8-9 internal meeting, 9-12 help client's inquiries, 12-13 lunch etc.
