Great vacation time, you get to meet some smart people and learn a lot, and its a very low stakes environment

Cons

0 vision, terrible leadership, career progression is not clear on purpose. It is impossible to understand the decision-making in this part of the company. There is no legitimate career progression. It becomes very clear within the first year that no matter how well you do they have no interest in trying to retain you. There would be weeks where more half a team would quit because the pay is so low and the upper management's decision-making is so uninspiring. While the somewhat of a flexible lifestyle is nice, you can find much better elsewhere getting Bloomberg on your resume. Learn what you need to and get out.

Intense environment, no flexibility even past covid, everyone is expected to come back to the office full time. Your every move at work is being monitored with every job being measured with very specific targets
