Management does not care of individuals career paths, will move to whatever team they want Micromanaged, looking at irrelevant figures which are often cheated anyway Non transparent payscale often not reflecting true work and effort

-Nice office with good views -Pretty good work life balance -Decent pay

-No clear track for success/moving up the ladder. -Performance reviews/promotions seem to be very subjective and not very quantifiable. -Much of the leadership is ancient and has been at the company for decade(s) so not much room for growth and no true desire to innovate. -Very outdated and proprietary tech stack. -Using internal tools and the terminal daily is a pain. -Pay/perks a tier below the other big tech companies -Very much of a corporate and finance vibe in 731 Lex.
