Pros

Great people, interesting culture and challenging work if you're in the right spot. Professional growth is completely dependent on the group you are interested in, which can sometimes be difficult to get to but there are a myriad of opportunities.

Cons

The culture is in flux and not for the better. Management has slowly but surely begun to backburner employee needs in hopes of trimming the fat - but there are a host of high paid under skilled managers that have made ins with the "right" people to keep them where they are.

Great technology in infrastructure teams. Company is pretty stable and treats employees with respect. Great process in managing production environment. Free access to snacks and refreshments is great. Overall satisfied with the company.

Cons

Top management in R&D is shuffled too often. Reorganizations happen too frequently. There is some amount of politics. Need to improve on SDLC methodologies.
