      Pros

      Benefits. Some cool people work here. Smart, interesting colleagues. There's a 20 word minimum but I am struggling to get to it. It's a soul-destroying place to work.

      Cons

      Senior management is incompetent, uninspiring, egotistical. The senior managers exhibit a collection of mental and mood disorders to rival Bellevue's wards. Management is there to use Bloomberg as a stepping-stone to other jobs, or to save for retirement, so there is no planning for the future. The company's commitment to TV and digital is questionable. The HR people are shills, nothing more. I've never seen a more cowardly bunch.
